Perm broken

Stops loading after a few uses then have to reinstall. Really annoying since I couldnt use it on a long plane ride which is what I bought it for. Please dont buy until they fix it. Been waiting weeks for a fix.

I think the problem has to do with subscribing to the newsletter. I skip it. Also if I fall asleep there is a box in the top corner that appears mostly off the screen.
