Has helped with my poor sleep pattern as well as reinforcing my decision.

I sleep terribly. The first night I used this app 3 times in one night. Each time I made it about five minutes before I was out. Thats a good thing. My only gripe is the bright home screen. It is really bright and I have to flip my iPad upside down so the light doesnt distract me when Im ready for bed. Make a nice dark evening theme and you will get a fifth star.

I listen to many of Andrew Johnsons sessions and I enjoy them very much. My husband and I listen to him before we go to bed and awake energized and relaxed. My husband says this has been one of the best ideas Ive had

Love this app! Have not had any of the problems mentioned, maybe they fixed bug? Ive used it at least a dozen times and sleep so much better. As for the complaint of ipad screen being to bright...simple, hit power button lightly to darken screen.

I love this app. Andrews voice is able to guide you to a state of total relaxation. His Scottish lilt is relaxing and makes you want to listen, tuning out the worries of the day. Being able to select endings for wake rested or sleep is helpful as well. Highly recommend this app. Tried many others, this is by far the best of the bunch.

So sorry I didn’t read the many critical reviews before buying! This app won’t even load onto my iTouch. It never appeared, nor is it listed in my apps file—but the iTunes store says “Downloaded” ??

There is over a 20 second delay between touching any of the buttons & getting a response. Im disappointed. Ive happily used other Andrew Johnson apps before & had high expectations for this purchase. Please fix the issues.

Ive used Andrew Johnsons relaxation apps for years as needed with great results. I always fall asleep easily and stay asleep longer than without them. If Im stressed it helps me turn off the committee in my head! His voice is very soothing (once you get over the surprise hes Scottish and sounds like an easy going Sean Connery)! The music is gentle and not distracting. I like how I can customize the experience, too. Its so user friendly and - most important - effective.
